Team Media Day
A Media Day is a fun, low-stress activity for your student-athletes. It also provides your school or club with great team photos for your website and yearbook, as well as high quality images you can use to create social media content for schedule posters, game day graphics, player of the week graphics, senior spotlight, etc. In addition, parents and guardians can purchase prints as a keepsake of their children's sports participation.
Here's what you get:
Whole Team Photos
Photos of your whole team, including coaches and managers. Standard "yearbook-style" photos can be taken on the field, in the bleachers, or on the floor - whatever works best for your team.
Senior / Eighth-grade Group Photos
Group photos of your senior or eighth-grade athletes. Ideal for promoting senior night and eighth-grade night games, and great memories for student-athletes moving on to the next level!
Individual and Small Group Photos
Individual and small group "fun" photos of athletes, coaches, managers, and mascots, on the field or in the gym - up to four photos per person or group. Here's where your athletes' and coaches' personalities (or their alter egos) can really shine through - and props are encouraged! Great for the team's and the athletes' social media profiles.

What's included?
Coaches, athletic directors, and / or club managers will be provided social media sized digitals to share with your athletes and yearbook / website staff, and to create graphics (game day, player of the week, etc.) for your school's social media accounts. You will also get a link to my online store from which your athletes' parents / guardians can purchase keepsake prints (on fine art paper, mounted canvas, or even metal) or high resolution digitals.
How much does it cost?
Media Day packages vary depending on the sport and the number of athletes on the team. Please CONTACT ME for a consultation and personalized quote!
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to book your team's Media Day.
When do we receive our images?
It depends on how many images are involved and how many other things are going on at the same time, but... I make every effort to make team galleries available within 10-14 BUSINESS days.
Can athletes request specific poses?
Absolutely! However, I don't do obscene gestures and I don't light things on fire! Please be sure to have bats, balls, helmets, rackets, clubs, pom-poms, megaphones, and any other props you'd like to use available for your photos.
